FAQ's

1. I just placed my order and realized I put the wrong size. What
should I do?

No worries - Just send us an email and we'll adjust your order.

2. When and where do I pick up my order?

For team orders, we usually allow two weeks turnaround time for all orders.  We will individually package your order and call you for pick up at our shop located at 5914 111th Street, Chicago Ridge. Our hours are:

11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri.  

11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wed.

11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sat.  

Each order will be individually packaged and labeled for easy pick-up

3. I am stressed about sizing...  What should I do?

Our sizing charts are listed with every garment, but we know it's difficult to always rely on those.  We have a retail shop located at 5914 111th Street, Chicago Ridge, and you can stop in for more information or to try on garments.

4.  What is your return or exchange policy?

Of course we always hope your are satisfied with your purchase, but there's always an exception and we're happy to work with you.  

Please remember your garment is being created exclusively for you.  If you have any questions before you order, we are available by phone or email to answer your individual concerns prior to placing your order.  With that said, Rhinestone Glitzwear can not be held responsible for sizing errors after the product is made.  We post sizing charts for every garment and we have shop hours to try on garments so you can avoid sizing issues.

Custom garments are made with rhinestones, glitter or vinyl and we ask that you wash in cool water and hang to dry.  Our exchange policy does not cover wear or tear, or improper care of garments, so please follow the washing instructions.

If a customer decides our product does not meet up to their expectations, with regards to quality of fabric or stone work, Rhinestone Glitzwear will gladly work with the customer to provide a resolution to exchange the item.  Because the our items are created exclusively for the customer, there are no refunds on custom ordered garments.  We do offer exchanges.

To qualify for an exchange, contact Rhinestone Glitzwear by phone or email within 7 DAYS of receiving your order. All custom apparel, bags, and accessories must be returned UNWORN to be considered for an exchange.

Merchandise that has been worn CANNOT be exchanged.
